The Montjoy Residence
One of our most popular designs.  When the Monjoy's came to us they were very specific.   They wanted a roomy home, without wasted space.  The Graham plan fit the bill to a tee.  With three bedrooms, two and a half baths, greatroom, formal diningroom and and storage space galore.  If they ever need more space, they have the added bonus space upstairs that can easily be converted to living area.

The Gleason Residence
When we met the Gleasons, they had a problem to solve-- SPACE.  With their large family, they need bedrooms.  We modified the Willowbrook plan to fit there needs.  Adding a bedroom, for a total of six and additonal square footage to a total of 3500+ made their lives alot easier.
