It all starts with a visit to our model.  We sit down with you and explain all the options available.  The home is designed to your specifications by our engineering department and the modules are constructed in Handcrafted Homes manufacturing facility.  All the while we are preparing your site.
The clearing is done- driveways and foundation is installed.  When everything is ready the home is delivered for set.  Mitchell Enterprises coordinates the entire process with every care of getting it right the first time.  We let you know ahead of time the projected day of arival and set of your home.  Set day, as we call it is usually a celebrated occasion.  Some clients invite family and friends (the neighbors come on there own) over to see the process.  Watch the slide show below to see what happens on "set day"
